Does every procedure feel rushed at all times even if it makes you visibly nervous and uncomfortable? Do you feel like you aren't sure what you'll experience or what it will cost in the end? I can only speak from my experience, but: this is the medical facility I had begun to believe no longer existed. Great team, unbelievable level of care. These are the people you want to help you with your root canal, and they're going to treat you like a person while they do it. They are the best, and in my opinion, it isn't a close race. "I would highly recommend Dr. James McIntosh and Storrs Endodontics and Periodontics. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. They truly care about the patients. I needed a root canal and after much research I called Storrs Endodontics and Periodontics. The employee who answered the phone was so nice and helped me get an appointment scheduled as a new patient. I told her I was in no rush but as time passed the tooth started to become very painful. I called and once again they were very helpful and gave me the next available appointment. Several times over the next few days I called to see if I could get in any sooner. Each time I called they were kind and compassionate and tried their best to get me an appointment ASAP. I was shocked as a new patient that they were so concerned for my wellbeing.
